Ephesians Chapter Six

10. final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.

12. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

13. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.

14. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness.

15. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.

16. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil.

17.Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18. Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.

19. And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. 20. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So, pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.

21. To bring you up to date, Tychicus will give you a full report about what I am doing and how I am getting along. He is a beloved brother and faithful helper in the Lord’s work. 22. I have sent him to you for this very purpose—to let you know how we are doing and to encourage you.

23. Peace be with you, dear brothers and sisters, and may God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you love with faithfulness. 24.May God’s grace be eternally upon all who love our Lord Jesus Christ.

     As I was reading this chapter today it got me doing some really deep thinking about how we see things in our world. We are just certain that no one has it worse than we do and our problems are more serious than anyone else could ever imagine; and then comes this chapter in the bible.

     Paul wrote this from prison. Not from the kind of prison we have in America, yes, they are awful, but Paul was in a dark, cold prison that was detestable. Not a place where they guarantee you food every day. No showers and toilets and bunks. Basically, if you didn’t have someone to provide for you then you starved to death in those places, if the rampant disease didn’t kill you first.

     In all of this Paul’s focus was still on the church and how to spread the gospel. He didn’t cry about his conditions or agonize over his situation. He accepted that even in chains he was still God’s ambassador to preach the gospel. We should remember this point. Just because you are having problems in your life doesn’t mean you set aside the preaching of the gospel. Just because we are wounded or struggling doesn’t mean that we are disqualified from our mission.

     Paul understood that he wasn’t fighting with flesh and blood people but with an unseen enemy that we were commissioned to defeat. We should realize this too. Far too many times we see people, our situation or even our Father as our enemy and this is never the case. Evil didn’t originate in people. People who do evil things are influenced by evil entities that we can’t see.

     Surely if Paul could keep his focus on preaching the gospel and encouraging the saints even though he was locked up in prison then surely we can manage to do the same in our situations.

     Let’s think about this a moment. Paul was locked in prison and the letters he wrote are still affecting the world two thousand years later. If he hadn’t been locked up would we have these letters? Only God knows for sure, but my point is that when the enemy thinks he has you locked up is when God does his greatest work through you.

     Paul was locked away in prison but his focus was on encouraging others in spite of his situation. We should do the same. Many of us are struggling with pain and lack and broken relationships, but that shouldn’t stop us from encouraging others. As long as we have breath then we should use that breath to encourage and not discourage.

     We must remember to take this chapter to heart. The way that Paul was able to withstand his situation is in the letter he wrote. He was locked away but he still had God’s armor on.

     So, let us remember to put on God’s armor also. Let’s gird ourselves in God’s truth like a belt. Let’s put on the righteous breast plate we were given by Christ. Let’s stand strong in the peace that comes from above. Don’t stand quaking in the shoes of fear. Stand in the shoes of the peace that comes from Christ.

     Let salvation be our helmet. In other words, get it through your head that you are safe in Christ no matter what your situation is.

     Let’s take up that shield of faith. It is his shield not ours. Paul taught us that we no longer live by our faith but by the faith of Christ who loves us and gave himself for us. Let’s hold up that shield of faith and laugh at the enemy we can’t see. This enemy is shooting fiery darts that have no chance of making it through our armor.

     If we could only see what we really look like wearing the armor of God. It must be like sitting in a tank being attacked by an enemy that only has a bow and some arrows that he set on fire. We would have to come out of our armor before he even had a chance to do any real damage.

     Don’t forget we also have the ability to pray and connect instantly with headquarters. This is something our enemy doesn’t have. His communication is all jacked up and sitting on blocks because Jesus kicked his wheels off at Calvary. He has no one to pray to that will help him, and we have our heavenly Father who is listening for our every sigh and even hears our thoughts and desires.

     We also have the sword of the Spirit. This is Holy Spirit’s very own sword. That is why it’s called the sword of the sprit. It is the very word of God. It is God’s promise that we will win the battle if we just stand in peace and use the weapons he gave us.

     Don’t forget that God used words to create all things that exist both in the physical realm and the spiritual realm. When Father gives you a word to declare about your situation then speak it out. It will be filled with his Spirit and creative power. It will change things in this realm and all others. In every realm that exists in this age and all ages, God’s word is absolute.

     Now my brothers and sisters, be encouraged. Are we in a fight? Of course we are. We were put here to finish off the enemy forces that Jesus obliterated when he rose from the dead. He stripped our enemy of his power and might and left him with only his fiery darts to shoot at those of us who are clothed in Christ and fully loaded with the weapons of truth. How frustrated our enemy must be.

     So my loved ones, don’t give up. Put on God’s armor and don’t focus on your problems but focus on encouraging others. We will win this fight and every fight. We are more than conquerors. We are inheritors of the world he already conquered, and if we are willing to stand we are more than able to see victory.

     I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all,
michael

Luke Chapter Two

1.And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. 2. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.)

3. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) 5. To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.

6. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

8. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

10. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.

13. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14. Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

15. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.

16. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. 17. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. 18. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.

19. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. 20. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

     I never get tired of hearing this story. It truly is the greatest story ever told. This story brings me great joy each time I read it and it always will. I often wonder why, of all the people the angels could have appeared to, they came to the shepherds? Could it be that only the shepherds would understand that the baby in the manger was the lamb of God who would take away the sins of the world?

     As I was meditating on the answer to this question Father spoke to me and asked me to share these words with you. He said:

     My beloved children. This is my love story to you. I loved you so much and all of heaven was excited on that day. Yes, we knew his fate was sealed and he would be betrayed and crucified. Yet we looked past the pain that would eventually come our way and looked at his birth with great joy. We did this because we love you and sent him to save you.

     The angels had known the plan from creation that he would come and set all things right. Do you notice they said “Peace on earth and good will toward men?” I want you to remember that. That is still my plan. I plan on bringing peace to all the earth and to show my goodness to every person. Would you remember that as you go forward and help me with this? Will you show good will to every person you meet? Even the ones you don’t like?

     I am so looking forward to the day when we all dwell in peace together and there is no more evil and no more pain. When the earth if full of my glorious grace. When no one raises a sword against another and no one is angry with his brother. Will you help me my children? You can do this by loving each other and caring for one another. Not just in words but in deeds. Will you set your hearts and minds to be kind to every person you meet? I told you in scripture that it is my goodness that leads men to repentance. Will you be good towards others until they see my love in you and they turn back to me?

     If you truly want to honor my son, then please do as he did for you. Lay down your lives for each other. Love each other as you do me. Encourage each other and be kind to each other. Peace can fill the earth one person at a time and it can start with you. Make peace with all those you are in disagreement with. I am not saying that you have to agree with evil. But make peace and forgive all who have done evil to you. This is the Christmas story. It is a love story about peace on earth and goodwill to all men.

     Yes, I know, and I hear some of you say in your hearts that the date that you celebrate isn’t right. No more fighting about that. When you are in love with Christ then every day is Christmas. Celebrate his birth and his resurrection each and every day. The greatest act of love the universe has ever known shouldn’t be just celebrated once a year, but every day.

     So please my beloved, celebrate my love, and know that you are the reason my son was born in a manger, crucified on a cross and resurrected and seated at my right hand to represent you as God in man flesh. You are that important to me, as is everyone you meet. If I love them enough to send my son to die for them, then can’t you love them enough to tell them?

     I love you my dear children. Don’t forget it’s not about shopping and eating and chasing the things the world chases. It is about the one who loved you so much that he left the glory of heaven to be born in a stable like an animal, just so that he would qualify to be your sacrifice. It is not about gifts under a tree, it is about the greatest gift of all nailed to a tree. It’s not about a man in a red suit. It is about a man who shed every drop of his red blood so that you could be free.

     He is my beloved son, Celebrate him!
 Merry Christ Day my children.

     This was the end of the words he spoke to me at that moment.
I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all and,
Happy Christ Day!

Two Choices

Colossians Chapter One NLT

1.This letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus, and from our brother Timothy. 2. We are writing to God’s holy people in the city of Colosse, who are faithful brothers and sisters in Christ. May God our Father give you grace and peace.

3. We always pray for you, and we give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. 4.For we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and your love for all of God’s people, 5. which come from your confident hope of what God has reserved for you in heaven. You have had this expectation ever since you first heard the truth of the Good News.

6.This same Good News that came to you is going out all over the world. It is bearing fruit everywhere by changing lives, just as it changed your lives from the day you first heard and understood the truth about God’s wonderful grace.

7. You learned about the Good News from Epaphras, our beloved co-worker. He is Christ’s faithful servant, and he is helping us on your behalf. 8. He has told us about the love for others that the Holy Spirit has given you.

9. So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10. Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better.

11. We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, 12. always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. 13.For he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son, 14. who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins.

15. Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,

16. for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can’t see. Such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him. 17. He existed before anything else, and he holds all creation together.

18. Christ is also the head of the church, which is his body. He is the beginning, supreme over all who rise from the dead. So, he is first in everything.

19. For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, 20. and through him God reconciled everything to himself.
He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.

21. This includes you who were once far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions. 22. Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body. As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault.

23. But you must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed as God’s servant to proclaim it.

     As I read these scriptures today and meditated on how God made peace with all things in heaven and in earth. I wondered why there is so much chaos in our own minds when Father already made peace with us. God says we are at peace and religion tells us that God is angry with us and can’t wait to pour his wrath out on us. As I was thinking on these things he began explaining these things to me and asked me to share with you.

     Here are his words to me.

     My children. I am at peace with you. You are holy and perfect in my sight. You enemy wants to deceive you and make you think I am angry with you. He can’t separate me from you so he tries to separate you from me by clouding your mind with lies. Deception is his favorite weapon because if he can deceive you then that deception is like a virus and spreads throughout the body, because you are all one.

     You have already been taken out of the kingdom of darkness and been relocated into my kingdom of light and love. You no longer live in the dark realm. This is a fact, and the only part of you that still has anything to do with that old kingdom is your mind. This is why you can be transformed into my image by renewing your mind.

     This means to change the way you think about yourself. You have to change your mind and believe my truth. You are washed in the blood of my son and are holy before me and you can’t let this fact slip. Don’t let your enemy make you think you are still in that prison of darkness and sin. You are in my kingdom and you are my children.

     Keeping your mind set firmly on this truth is how you keep it at peace. Think of it this way. Remember when you were a child and you were in third grade? Are you still in third grade? No, but you can remember it. If you dwell on it for a few moments, you can probably picture your classmates and smell the books and the paper. You can remember your life in the old kingdom but you are no longer there. When you wake up to this truth you will become conscious of who you really are and then the enemy can longer deceive you.

     Stay at peace with me by knowing that I am the one who made the peace. You didn’t make peace with me, I made it with you. If it’s my peace, then you can’t break it. I won’t change my mind. I loved you and saved you and chose you and I am delighted with myself that I did. You just don’t know how wonderful you are and how much I love you. I love you so much that I created eternity just to have a place that could contain the joy that I have because you are mine.

     Here is another example. Do you ever slip and do childish things? Do you sometimes lose your temper and say things you don’t mean? Do you sometimes throw a tantrum when things don’t go your way? Of course, but that doesn’t mean you are still a child. It just means that for a moment you forgot who you really are.

     When the truth that you are righteous and holy and made in my image becomes fact in your own heart and mind then you will grow into the truth. The truth can’t change. It is established forever.

     The absolute truth is you are accepted and loved and holy in my sight so you only have two choices. You can accept the truth and grow into the truth, or you can keep believing the lies the enemy tells you and keep slipping back into old habits because you forgot your old ways died on that cross with my beloved Jesus.

     I created you in my image. How did I do this? I looked at myself and formed you into what I saw. Just as a skilled artist looks at the picture in his heart and draws what he sees on the canvas. You must do the same thing. You must look at Christ and be changed from glory to glory. You are glorious already, and looking at him will make all the things that are hiding his beauty fall away.

     Remember my beloved ones. You become what you focus on. If you focus on the lie that you are unholy then you will live like it. If you focus on the truth that you are already perfect in my sight you will become what you see. You are already all these things everywhere but in your own minds.

     I set before you today two choices: Believe who I said you are or believe your enemy. You can choose to believe the only being in the universe who can’t lie. Or you can believe the only being in the universe who can’t tell the truth. Is it that hard my beloved?

     My children, awaken to my truth and know who you are. Know that you are loved and you are called and chose to bear my light. You are my body. I inhabit you by my Spirit and wear you with honor. I am eternally delighted that you are mine. I want you to be delighted that you are mine also.

    Don’t forget my children to love each other as I love you.

     This is the end of the words he spoke to me this morning.
 I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all,
michael

Who Told You That You Were Naked?

For an audio version of this message

Genesis Chapter Two

15. And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

16. And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis Chapter Three

1. Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2. And the woman said unto the serpent, we may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3. But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5. For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6. And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

7. And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

8. And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.

9. And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

10. And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

11.And he said, who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

Matthew Chapter Twenty-One

18. Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. 19. And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, let no fruit grow on thee henceforward forever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

20. And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, how soon is the fig tree withered away!

21. Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, if ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

     As I was praying today Father spoke to me and asked me to write down these words and share them with you.
He said,

     My children, who keeps telling you that you are naked? Did you get this information from the tree of life or the tree of good and evil? This problem keeps plaguing my children. One moment you are in Christ, the next moment you are a dirty sinner. Well which is it? If you are in Christ and Christ is in you then are you calling Christ a dirty sinner? You are one spirit with me, are you calling me a dirty sinner? My people have an identity crisis. They really aren’t sure who they are.

     Adam and Eve were created in my image and my likeness. They were like me but they believed the lie of the enemy. He told them they needed to understand how evil works or they wouldn’t be like me. The original lie they believed was that they needed something more. They were complete in the day I made them.

     Now consider this. After they fell I went searching for them. Not to judge them, but to love them. I never told them they were naked. Because knowledge told them they were naked they hid from me and covered themselves in fig leaves. This is why Jesus cursed the fig tree. It doesn’t have fruit. There is no fruit in hiding nakedness. Fig leaves can’t hide nakedness.

     He also said to the disciples: “Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22.And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” If you have faith you will curse your fig tree and until you deal with your fig tree you will never move mountains.

     It’s the same in the church today. People try to put things on the outside to cover their nakedness inside. It is because they have been told they are not acceptable in my sight the way they are. They keep eating of the tree of knowledge that keeps telling them they are evil, and they keep trying to cover the evil with religious works to appease their consciences.

     Do you not realize that Christ could have died a million ways? Why did he have to die on a tree? He was hung on a tree to destroy the evil tree of the knowledge of evil, and to make you a tree of righteousness. Think of it this way. A small child doesn’t know good from evil and they are innocent. You are innocent because you were washed in the blood of my son, and now you can enter into my kingdom as a little child because you wear his innocence.

     You must stop eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The fruit of this tree is the law. You can’t live under both covenants. This is the covenant I made with you. I write my laws on your heart and in your mind and I remember your sins no more. I will be your God and you will be my people. If my laws are written in your heart and in your mind, then why do you keep going back to the tables of stone looking for your laws. Those laws weren’t given to you.

     The law of Moses tells you that you are guilty, but once you come to Christ your guilt is removed. The law could never make you holy. I told you through Paul in his letter to the Corinthians that the strength of sin is the law. Without the law sin loses its strength. You must stop eating of this fruit because it brings death.

     Think of it this way. You have laws in your country against murder. Unless you are a murderer then they don’t pertain to you. Could you imagine if you were innocent but were forced to live under the law that pertains to murderers? It would put you to death or keep you locked up in prison although you are innocent. This is what the law of Moses does for believers.

     This is why Paul called the Galatians foolish. He told them that those who try to live under the law will live under the curse of the law. You are not under the law but under grace. Not grace to sin any way you want. Those who think that way are ignorant. My grace empowers you to live holy because the law was fulfilled for you by Christ, and sin has lost its power over you.

     The law of the Spirit of life in Christ has made you free from the law of sin and death. There is no law telling you that you must sin. There is a life-giving Spirit in you telling you that you are holy and can live in his holiness.

     If only my people would stop trampling on the blood of my son. They don’t realize when they try to go about keeping rules and regulations they are trying to make their own way of holiness, and are trampling my son’s blood under their feet because they think his blood wasn’t enough. They think they need his blood plus rule keeping. It’s not Jesus plus Moses. I made that plain on the mount of transfiguration when I said “this is my beloved son, Hear him.”

     My beloved ones. You are clean because of his blood. You are made righteous and holy because of faith in him not by keeping rules. It’s time to stop eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and eat only from the tree of life.

     I told you in Romans that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. Walking after the flesh does not mean sinning. Walking in the flesh is trying to keep rules and laws without the power of my Spirit. If you walk in my Spirit, you will realize that you are free from sin and will begin to live in that freedom. It is through my Spirit that sin was put to death in your life. My children; You are free. You are free. You are free.

     You are holy on the inside and out. I told you to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice which is holy and acceptable. You are accepted in the beloved. You are clean inside and out and are clothed in my righteous robe. You are holy because you are in me and I am holy.

     Even before the cross Jesus washed only his disciple’s feet. He said they were clean because of his word. If they were clean how much more are you clean who are washed in the blood and have his words abiding in you? You were baptized “into” Christ so he is in you and you are in him. You have “put on” Christ and he is your covering.

     My children, my delight, you are so loved and accepted. Awaken to righteousness and sin not. Not knowing that you are righteous and holy is a sin. You are my righteousness in Christ Jesus. You are clothed with my light and my love and my spirit. My righteous holy children: Who told you that you were naked?.

     This is the end of the words he spoke to me this morning.
I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all,
michael

Changing Your Focus

Psalm Thirty-Seven

Fret not yourself because of evildoers;
be not envious of wrongdoers!
for they will soon fade like the grass
and wither like the green herb.

Trust in the LORD, and do good;
dwell in the land and befriend faithfulness.
Delight yourself in the LORD,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him, and he will act.
He will bring forth your righteousness as the light,
and your justice as the noonday.

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him;
fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way,
over the man who carries out evil devices!

Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath!
Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.
For the evildoers, shall be cut off,
but those who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land.

In just a little while, the wicked will be no more;
though you look carefully at his place, he will not be there.
But the meek shall inherit the land
and delight themselves in abundant peace.

The wicked plots against the righteous
and gnashes his teeth at him,
but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he sees that his day is coming.

The wicked draw the sword and bend their bows
to bring down the poor and needy,
to slay those whose way is upright;
their sword shall enter their own heart,
and their bows shall be broken.

Better is the little that the righteous has
than the abundance of many wicked.
For the arms of the wicked shall be broken,
but the LORD upholds the righteous.

The LORD knows the days of the blameless,
and their heritage will remain forever;
they are not put to shame in evil times;
in the days of famine, they have abundance.

But the wicked will perish;
the enemies of the LORD are like the glory of the pastures;
they vanish—like smoke they vanish away.

The wicked borrows but does not pay back,
but the righteous is generous and gives;
for those blessed by the LORD shall inherit the land,
but those cursed by him shall be cut off.

The steps of a man are established by the LORD,
when he delights in his way;
though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong,
for the LORD upholds his hand.

I have been young, and now am old,
yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken
or his children begging for bread.
He is ever lending generously,
and his children become a blessing.

Turn away from evil and do good;
so shall you dwell forever.
For the LORD loves justice;
he will not forsake his saints.
They are preserved forever,
but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.

The righteous shall inherit the land
and dwell upon it forever.
The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom,
and his tongue speaks justice.
The law of his God is in his heart;
his steps do not slip.

The wicked watches for the righteous
and seeks to put him to death.
The LORD will not abandon him to his power
or let him be condemned when he is brought to trial.

Wait for the LORD and keep his way,
and he will exalt you to inherit the land;
you will look on when the wicked are cut off.

I have seen a wicked, ruthless man,
spreading himself like a green laurel tree.
But he passed away, and behold, he was no more;
though I sought him, he could not be found.

Mark the blameless and behold the upright,
for there is a future for the man of peace.
But transgressors shall be altogether destroyed;
the future of the wicked shall be cut off.

The salvation of the righteous is from the LORD;
he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
The LORD helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.

     As I was studying this Psalm Today, Father’s voice came to me and asked me to write down these words and share them with you.

He said:

     My little children. Take your eyes off the ways of the wicked and put them on me. Set your minds on things above. Don’t forget, you can’t destroy darkness by saying “hey there is darkness.” You can only destroy darkness with light. Yes, I have exposed darkness in the world and will continue to do so, but you must destroy it not by constantly staring into it, but by letting my light shine through you until it exists no more.

     I see all things and I know the plans I have for you and or this earth. I plan to fill it full of righteous people and eventually all evil will be removed. Jesus told you that the tares would be taken out and then the righteous will shine like the sun. My kingdom will take over this world until darkness can no longer find a place to hide.

     I want you to look forward to that day and not get caught up in the lie that is in all of your media. They show you how the wicked are prospering and the good is perishing, but when have they really told you the truth? Usually what you see portrayed before you is exactly opposite of the truth. They want you to think the world is falling apart and going to hell when the opposite is true.

     My kingdom will arise and become the biggest tree in the garden just as Jesus told you. Haven’t you read what he told you to pray. “Your kingdom come, your will be done in earth as in heaven?” Do you think Jesus would pray this prayer and tell you to pray it and then I wouldn’t answer it? Did he not say kingdom, power and glory forever? So how long is forever? He said on earth as in heaven, forever.

     My glory is coming and is already among you and as you realize that your light has already come you will begin to let it shine. When you realize the truth, that goodness and truth and light already are inside you, then you will begin to release what you have.

     Religion tells you that you need more. But Holy Spirit lives within you. You who believe were baptized into my Spirit and now we are one. If I am in you then what more could you ever need? You are not lacking. You are in doubt of what you possess.

     So how do you release this light within you? It’s easy. You focus on things above and not things below. Your eye is focused on the glory of my kingdom within you. Just as Jesus told you, if your eye is single your body will be full of light.

     The dark kingdom calls it channeling but they have just picked that word to impress you. It has always been this way. Think of Peter. One moment he was expressing great revelation of the Christ, and the next he was spewing darkness. So, what changed? His focus changed. He lost his heavenly focus. You are a conduit of whatever your mind is set on. If it is set on heavenly things you will release heavenly things. If it is set on evil, you will release evil.

     A mind set on me naturally produces good fruit. When you stop staring at darkness and set your mind upon me you will bear fruit of holiness. Think of it like your computer. Whatever you log on to will appear on your screen. Your mind works the same way. Whatever you connect with flows through you in your expressions and actions. Stay logged into me and disconnect from evil.

     My children you are about to wake up and realize that you have believed the original lie. You don’t need to know good and evil to be like me. You are created in my image and in my likeness. You are good because I made you good when you were born again. The serpent tricked Eve into thinking she was lacking something because she didn’t understand evil. Evil is a negative. You can’t increase by adding a negative, it only decreases you. Good always triumphs over evil because good is positive and it destroys the negative.

     Please my loved ones. Focus on the good that is in you because Christ lives in you. Let that focus change you into the being of light that you are inside. This is how I work through you to light up the world. This is how darkness is destroyed and how the world is filled with holy ones.

     Soon your light will be so bright that those who love darkness will flee from you. My face will shine upon you until those who are evil will hide in the rocks and caves to hide away from the glory that shines through you. They will see my face shine upon you and will no longer be able to do their wicked deeds in the open.

     My loved ones, you are the light of the world. Be that light!

     You with ears to hear. Hear this parable that Jesus taught you in Matthew Chapter Thirteen.

Then he left the crowds and went into the house. And his disciples came to him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds of the field.”

He answered, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sowed them is the devil.

The harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels. Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the age.

The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.

     Oh, my little children. You are so loved. You gather in the wheat and I’ll gather the tares out of my kingdom. Set your eyes upon the light and be filled with it. Arise and shine for your light has come.

     This was the end of the words He spoke to me just a few moments ago.
I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all,
michael

In Your Storm

Matthew Fourteen 22-33

     Immediately he made the disciples get into the boat and go before him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowds.

And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray.

When evening came, he was there alone, but the boat by this time was a long way from the land, beaten by the waves, for the wind was against them.

And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea. But when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, “It is a ghost!” and they cried out in fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”

And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.”

So, Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.”

Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”

     As I was praying today Jesus spoke to me and said to me: My son write this down and share it with my children who are hurting and afraid. He said:

     My little children. I have not left you. I am with you. I am in your storm. I am always with you. I know every ache and pain. I know your dreams seem out of reach. I know that sometimes you just want to quit. I also know that I chose you because I believe in you. I knew you would have bad days and the pressure to quit would be great. I also knew that you were tough and you would prevail when all these things happen to you.

     I have a plan and it’s simple. I want you to give me your worries and pains and your broken dreams. I want you to make a brand-new start with me right now. Let’s forget about everything before this moment and let’s live in the now and walk our way into the future. It is a glorious future and you will be delighted when you see it. You can see it now if you look into my eyes and stop looking into the darkness that is trying to overcome you.

     I want all your problems and I want to give you peace in place of them. You can have peace in the midst of the storm just like I did. All you have to do is hear my words. I am telling you that we are going to the other side of this. Me and you. We are going together.

     These are things you are going through not things you are going to live in forever. In a few days, it will be like a bad dream and you will be lost in the joy of my love and will not feel like you do today. So, my beloved one, hear my words again. We are going to the other side of your problems.

     My mercies are new every morning. Did you ever wonder why I created day and night? I created night to be like a type of death and day like resurrection. It is why evening and morning were the first day. Your day begins in darkness but you make it through the darkness and get a new beginning. As the sun comes up each day it’s like you are born again and all things are possible to you. Every failure and problem you had was buried in a place called yesterday, and it doesn’t exist unless you go back there and bring it into today. You can start over each day as a new person.

     It’s the same reason I said “don’t let the sun go down on your wrath.” Don’t take it into tomorrow. Leave your problems behind and as the sun comes up don’t look back, but look into a new future that is filled with my promise and my glory.

     Don’t be discouraged my loved ones. I am not discouraged with you. I am delighted in you and I can’t wait until all your problems are mine and you are free from worry. I told you my kingdom is like little children. I want you to play and have fun and enjoy each other’s friendship and let me take care of the things you are concerned about. Things like: your children, your health your money. Don’t take any thought about the cares of tomorrow. I am in your tomorrow already and have made provision for you.

     Don’t think you have failed me and I have given up on you. If there was ever a chance I would give up on you then I wouldn’t have gone to that cross. It alone is proof that we don’t give up on our children. I will not quit on you. Will you stay with me and let me heal your wounds and strengthen you with might and power and joy? Oh, how I would love to do that for you because I love you my children.

     Remember, you are going through to the other side so enjoy the boat ride or get out and dance on the water with me. I’d love to dance with you on the waters that you are troubled by. Have peace my dear children. Let my peace fill your hearts and know that I am always with you and I am not going anywhere. I am in your storm.

     This was the end of the words He spoke to me at this moment.
I hope you are encouraged by these words.
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all,
michael
