You Are Innocent!

An audio version of this message will soon be available at the link below:

Luke Chapter Five

17. On one of those days, as he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting there, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was with him to heal. And behold, some men were bringing on a bed a man who was paralyzed, and they were seeking to bring him in and lay him before Jesus, but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst before Jesus.

And when he saw their faith, he said, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.” And the scribes and the Pharisees began to question, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

When Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answered them, “Why do you question in your hearts? Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise and walk’?

But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—he said to the man who was paralyzed—“I say to you, rise, pick up your bed and go home.” And immediately he rose up before them and picked up what he had been lying on and went home, glorifying God. And amazement seized them all, and they glorified God and were filled with awe, saying, “We have seen extraordinary things today.”

Colossians Chapter One

19. For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, and through him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.

This includes you who were once far away from God. You were his enemies, separated from him by your evil thoughts and actions. Yet now he has reconciled you to himself through the death of Christ in his physical body.

As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are *holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault. *

But you must continue to believe (this truth) and stand firmly in it. Don’t drift away from the assurance you received when you heard the Good News. The Good News has been preached all over the world, and I, Paul, have been appointed as God’s servant to proclaim it.

Ephesians Chapter One

1. This letter is from Paul, chosen by the will of God to be an apostle of Christ Jesus.

I am writing to God’s holy people in Ephesus, who are faithful followers of Christ Jesus. May God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ give you grace and peace.

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.

As I was praying today these verses came bubbling up from my heart into my mind. As I often do I sat at my computer and copied these verses in the order I received them. I read them over and over until I heard my glorious savior’s voice. He asked me to listen and write and share with you all He has to say. He said:

My beloved ones, it’s time to lose the guilt. It’s your guilt that is making you sick and poor and hurting and anxious. It’s not your fault. You have been taught guilt and guilt and more guilt from the time you were children. My cross took away all guilt and I sent Holy Spirit to proclaim your innocence.

Even before the cross we were not keeping score. Do you remember what our beloved Paul told you in his letter to the Corinthians that Father was in me on the cross not counting men’s sins against them? This was always the plan. I saw you as blameless from the beginning.

The true gospel message that the early church received was that I took away the sin of the entire world and all men were free to live holy, no longer bound by guilt and shame.

If only this was the gospel you received. Most of you when you were born again you felt what it feels like to be clean and innocent and to be alive in me. As you studied under the people who taught you they piled the guilt I took away right back on you.

I hear many say “If you tell people they are not guilty they will sin more.” This is a lie. Only my grace can give you power to live in holiness. He who is forgiven much loves much and lives in holiness with the one who forgave him.

My loved ones; the reason I tell you this is because I want you to live free. Guilt keeps you from being in free fellowship with me. You don’t think you deserve my best because pastor says you are a lowly sinner saved by grace and you should eat with the stray animals that were rescued and not live as a son or daughter of the Almighty.

Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. I set you free so you could come boldly right into the throne of grace which is your throne. You are seated with me in heavenly places. Your spirit knows this but your mind will not allow you to see what your spirit sees because you don’t feel worthy to walk right into heaven because you feel guilty.

Those who do see into heaven make you think it’s because they live sanctified lives and they earned what they see by their works. This is not so. My grace is the entry way into all things heavenly. If salvation comes by grace then why would I charge you for anything else?

You are perfect but you don’t know it, so you linger around the outside of your inheritance afraid to go into what is rightfully yours. Those you see as giants in the pulpit tell you that you are just lowly sinners and you don’t receive the inheritance that I gave my life to give you. You see yourselves like those in the wilderness who wouldn’t go into the promised land because they didn’t see themselves as they truly are.

When the lame man was brought to me he was so overcome with guilt that he could no longer walk. He believed in the curse of the law and believed he deserved to be crippled because of his mistakes. When I told him he was forgiven the guilt left and he was healed. I told him to take up his bed and walk because he was well now and very capable of doing so.

I came to deliver all mankind from the curse of that law by fulfilling the law for every person and by taking all the punishment of the law upon myself on the cross.

What I received on that cross was not punishment from my Father, for he was in me just as Holy Spirit was also. The law poured out upon me all the curse written in it and I took all the guilt and shame that would ever be poured upon any person upon myself. I did this  because I love you. The cross was not the act of a vengeful, wrathful God but the act of a caring, loving Father taking upon himself all the things that would harm his children.

I pronounced you innocent from the beginning. I was slain before the foundation of the world.  If you would see yourselves as my innocent ones who are loved by me and your Father and Holy Spirit and “All” of heaven then you would see your sickness, disease, fear, torment, poverty and any other crippling thing fall away from you. These awful things are not what you deserve, they are what you settle for because you don't know the truth.

My loved ones I speak these words to tell you that your sins are forgiven and don’t let anyone pile them back on you and make you feel guilty.

I took away the sins of the whole world. The only reason you have what you call lost and found is that the ones you call lost didn’t hear the true gospel of their salvation. They don’t know the way into holy heaven is available to them if they will just receive what was already done for them. Those in the pulpits keep proclaiming their guilt and they keep running.

Do you remember my words? Did I say you who are perfect come unto me and I will give you rest? No, I said those who are weary and those who carry heavy burdens of guilt and shame come unto me. I wanted all to come to me and let me remove their guilt.

I have reconciled the whole world unto myself and to my Father but my church keeps driving away those whom I am calling from unbelief and sin. I am calling them to believe the gospel and live in the holiness of their innocence.

Please my loved ones: This is very important. Until you see your innocence you will never fully walk in what you were freely given. Once you understand your innocence you will begin to walk in it. This is why the kingdom is like a little child. A little child doesn’t carry around the guilt of an adult. A little child believes in all good things until they are taught anger and strife and hatred.

Will you recognize your innocence my loved ones? If you deny your innocence then you deny my sacrifice for you. I came and took all the punishment that the law demanded you suffer. I took all the rules and regulations against you and nailed them to my cross and stamped them “Paid in Full!”

As I am so are you in this world. Am I guilty? Then you are not guilty either. All of what you call sin is in misunderstanding who you really are. Learn who you are my beloved ones. You are innocent! Never go back into bondage again. Use your freedom to walk in the holiness of who you really are.

Once again I say. You are innocent! Your sins were forgiven no matter when they occurred. This is the true gospel.

This is the end of the words he told me to share with you today.
Please understand how much you are adored by all of heaven.
I hope you are encouraged by these words,
Until next time,
Grow Rich in His Grace,
I love you all, and I really do mean that,
I’ll see you soon,
michael
